Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow up to 5 business days in rare cases, especially during high-volume periods. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, it will typically ship by Friday at the latest.

⚠️ Orders may be delayed if payment or shipping details are inaccurate. If you've entered the wrong address, you have 1 hour after purchase to request changes. Contact us at support@arcticseats.com immediately. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • USA / UK / Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (may arrive sooner depending on customs)

Shipping & Order Guarantee

We stand by your order. If your package doesn’t arrive within the following timeframes, you’re eligible for a free replacement or full refund:

  • USA / Canada / UK: 45 days

  • Australia / New Zealand / Rest of World: 50 days


International Deliveries & Customs

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are not within our control. By ordering through ArcticSeats, you acknowledge that your country’s customs agency may charge additional fees upon arrival.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or fees imposed by your local authorities. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your region’s import policies.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Due to our fast processing times, changes may not always be possible after your order is placed.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address. If the item is returned to us, we will issue a full refund upon receipt.
