At AquaGaze, we offer a 90-day refund policy. You have up to 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund, provided your case meets our refund criteria.
Inspection & Immediate Contact
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, take clear photos and contact us immediately at support@Aquagaze.com. Prompt communication helps us resolve the issue faster and more efficiently.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Bank Processing Time
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us again.
Returns Policy
